Because we love summer. Because we love smoothies. Because we love Alpha Foodie’s blog. For so many reasons we thought we should share this amazing bit of inspo to help get you into the week ahead. Happy Monday!
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mangoes
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- the juice of half a lime
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your choice of milk)
- Blend all the ingredients and put in your smoothie bowl.
- Top the bowl with whatever you like. I chose dragon fruit balls, baby kiwis and heart truffles (made of hazelnut, almonds, cacao & dates and coated with mango & passionfruit mirror glaze (little project coming soon in collaboration with my pastry chef friend)). The flowers are edible camomile but they’re bitter for my taste so I am only using them for decoration
